By opening and playing on SahiGames, you agree to the terms below. There's no account to accept them with, so opening the site is the agreement.

Using the site

SahiGames is free to play. You can use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that harms performance for other players, or use it to distribute harmful code, malware, or content that violates applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the site to attack or exploit it.
• Don't use the Contact form to send spam, phishing attempts, or abusive messages.
• Don't misrepresent SahiGames as your own product when redistributing it.

Intellectual property

The SahiGames name, logo, and site design belong to SahiGames. Individual games hosted on the site may carry their own licensing; where a game was sourced from elsewhere, that game's original terms still apply to that game's code and assets. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

No accounts, no purchases

SahiGames doesn't currently offer accounts, in-game purchases, or subscriptions. Scores, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy and can be lost if you clear your browser data — SahiGames can't recover that data for you, since we never had a copy of it.

Liability

SahiGames is provided "as is." We aim for every game to load and run smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost local scores or settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continuing to use SahiGames after an update means you accept the revised terms. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date below.
